Share Your Story and Experiences

Realizing the troubles, heart breaks, pains, and fears derived by all of us who have had "The Conversation", however, even though it might be difficult for some to relive these experiences, we are searching for people to share these stories, these experiences, for the purpose of publishing them in the book.  The book being a compilation of these stories, with hopes that every voice can be heard and their experiences shared. 

Thank you in advance for sharing your story to help others.  We're looking for every sort, gay, straight, bi-sexual, transgendered, various ethnicities, various backgrounds, and anyone who is interested in sharing their story.  For the success of the book, we'd like to be able to share a variety of stories in hopes of developing a larger audience for the book and film.

We're even interested in hearing from HIV negative partners or family members who have had "The Conversation" with their HIV positive partner or family member.  Thus, as you can see, we are attempting to show the whole story of "The Conversation" and seek out as many people as we can find and who are willing to share their stories.  Thus, if you have happened upon our website, then please let others know about it and help us give a voice so others can freely have "The Conversation".

All you have to do is obtain the Questionnaire, complete it either online or at home by downloading it, and send it back to us.  Your story can be anonymous or with your real name.  You can determine which one you would prefer by checking it on the Questionnaire.  You can download the Word document below in either English or Spanish.  If you'd like the Questionnaire in another language, please let us know and we can translate it for you and send it to you.
